Who is responsible. VarsityFare is a trading name of EasyGov (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2024/365166/07), which is the responsible party under POPIA. Email: [email protected] · 081 745 1306.

What we collect. Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no forms and no cookies. We count page views in total only. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses briefly to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and this may happen outside South Africa.

Children. Many readers are under 18. Because we collect nothing about you, we don't collect children's personal information. If we ever add a form, we'll update this policy first and won't collect information from children without a parent's or guardian's consent (POPIA s35).
